The location is excellent. Everything was within a short walk. The staff were very friendly. I received a welcome drink.
Breakfast was below my expectation. The bread needed baking. I monitored it closely to avoid burned toasts. My room was near a noisy street. I was kept awake until 2 am because of people passing by.

The hotel has a superb location in the city center. It was near many attractions.
My beautiful room had no external window. The room had no access to outside air. A bothersome perfumed scent permeated the entire hotel. People with sensitive noses may find this problematic.

I found the hotel centrally located near popular attractions. I could EASILY walk to the cathedral and numerous tapas bars. The staff were friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests.
I experienced some noise from the street outside my ground-floor room. It disrupted sleep. the noise continued late into the night.

The hotel boasts a beautiful patio, a common feature in many spanish buildings. The rooftop terrace offers amazing views. This provides a space to relax. The bar is reasonably priced.

Breakfast included a buffet and an à la carte menu with detox juice. I chose fruit, followed by avocado with egg on toast. The buffet presentation seemed rather basic. This combination provided a great start to my day.

the location was great for exploring main attractions. the staff gave excellent restaurant recommendations. the hotel was clean. it was really quiet . i also enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee that was available all day.
the room had no full length mirror. there was also no mirror near an electrical outlet. drying my hair after showering became challenging. i found this inconvenient.

small room missing mirror
The staff provided free water bottles, VERY important.
The room was small and the facilities were disappointing. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom BUT no mirror in the bedroom. There was also no full-length mirror anywhere, a big let down.

cheerful staff great location good terrace
All staff members were wonderfully cheerful. The location was superb. It was just one street away from the cathedral square and Alcazar Palace. The hotel presented a good roof terrace with a covered area. The views of nearby decorative rooftops were great.
The breakfast buffet had limited offerings, a small drawback .
